What is the weather like on the Costa Blanca?
It is one of the great attractions of the region, since it offers mild winters and pleasant summers.
Winters are very mild, with minimum temperatures rarely dropping below 10°C (50°F).
Summers are hot but not as extreme as in the interior of Spain. Temperatures are usually between 25°C and 35°C, with sea breezes being a moderating factor.
What are the costs of buying a house in Spain in addition to the price of the house?
Taxes, notary’s office, Land Registry, Gestoria, appraisal… can represent between 12% and 15% of the price of the property.

Although it is not legally obligatory to hire a lawyer to buy a property in Spain, it is highly recommended, especially if you are a foreigner or do not know the local laws and procedures well.
